From six months of age, breastfeeding can begin to be complemented with the introduction of some fruit porridges and vegetable purees.

4. Put all the vegetables in a blender or food processor with a drizzle of olive oil. Blend adding a little broth until it has the right thickness.

5. Strain the puree and serve it.
