The salad is a very healthy starter for children, we propose a quick salad with chicken and goat cheese, in a few minutes you can have a balanced and gluten-free dish ready, suitable for celiac children and gentle for pregnant women.

Working mothers do not have much time to cook, but with these recipes you can take care of your children's diet and avoid foods that can cause them to have a gluten allergy. In a few minutes you can have dinner ready for the whole family.

  • 1 endive
  • 200 gr. of chicken
  • 100 gr. goat cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 50 gr. walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

1. Pour oil into a skillet over medium heat. Cut the chicken into cubes, when the oil is hot, add it to the pan and fry for a few minutes, until golden. Add a pinch of salt, remove from heat and reserve.

2. Wash vegetables well. Remove the outer leaves from the endive and chop the rest. Cut the tomato, peel and slice the cucumber.

3. Put the lettuce in a bowl, add the tomato, the chicken, the walnuts and crumble the goat cheese on top.

4. Season with oil, a dash of vinegar and salt to taste. Mix well and serve.
