  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks

1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC.

2. In a large bowl, sift the flour and yeast.

3. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the egg yolk and the butter, and mix everything with a wooden spoon.

4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest and cool for 30 minutes in the fridge.

5. Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and roll out the dough until it is about 5 mm. thick.

6. Cut out shapes with cookie cutter and place on parchment lined baking sheet.

7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. 8. Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet until they are crisp.

9. Sprinkle the cookies with icing sugar.
